Naples Cathedral (Italian: Duomo di Napoli, Cattedrale di Santa Maria Assunta or Cattedrale di San Gennaro) is a Roman Catholic cathedral, the main church of Naples, southern Italy, and the seat of the Archbishop of Naples. It is widely known as the Cattedrale di San Gennaro, in honour of Saint Januarius, the city's patron saint, but is actually dedicated to the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary. 나폴리의 두오모 산 제나로(San Gennaro) 성당은 나폴리의 수호성인인 산 젠나로를 모신 성당이다. 13세기 말에서 14세기 초에 세워졌지만 여러 번 개보수를 했기 때문에 건축 양식은 19세기 이후의 것이 되었다.

이 교회는 나폴리의 수호성인인 성 제나로의 유물들을 소장하고 있다. 305년에 디오클레티아누스 황제에 의해 순교당했다고 알려진 성인의 피는 그 중에서도 가장 유명하다. 내부 산 젠나로 예배당에 있는 한 흉상 안에는 산 젠나로의 두개골과 응고혈을 담은 유리병이 있는데, 응고혈은 매년 5월 첫째 일요일과 9월 19일에 액체로 변하고 이 날을 '성 젠나로 기적의 날'이라고 한다. 만약 피가 액체로 변해있지 않을 경우 도시에 재앙이 내린다는 전설이 있다.
