가르니 태양신전 (Temple of Garni, Armenia)

예레반 남동쪽 28km에 가르니가 있고 이곳에 기원전 3세기에 요새가 세워져 아르메니아 왕의 여름별궁으로 사용되던 곳이다. 17세기에 지진으로 거의 파괴되었지만 태양의 신전은 1976년에 재건되었다. 24개의 기둥을 가진 이 신전은 그리스의 파르테논 신전을 연상케한다. 신전 옆에는 기원 전 3세기의 폐허가 남아있다.
